LET ONLY 

80% of the first months rent + VAT to include LRA.

FULL MANAGEMENT

£375.00 plus VAT setup fee and 10% plus VAT of monthly rent thereafter.

CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION

Tenant monies are protected through our membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) -

TENANTS DEPOSITS

Tenants deposits are held under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) –
