£100.00 including VAT per applicant. Please note this is non-refundable and contributes towards the cost incurred in the referencing and application process.

A minimum of one and a half month’s rent is payable before move-in. This deposit is held by us under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) (see below). It is held as security against any loss the landlord may incur because of a breach of the tenant’s obligations under the tenancy agreement.
Pets are allowed only with the landlord’s consent. We may request an additional security deposit to cover the added risk to property which is subject to the number and type of animals.
One month’s rent is payable in advance before move-in. The rent is payable in advance, on a periodic basis (usually monthly), thereafter.
TENANCY AGREEMENT RENEWAL FEE
£50.00 including VAT per renewal. This is a non-refundable fee payable if you require a further written fixed term tenancy after the expiration of the initial fixed term tenancy.
£25.00 including VAT is payable in advance at the commencement of a tenancy. This fee contributes towards the cost incurred during the check-out process at the end of a tenancy.
CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION
Tenant monies are protected through our membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)
Tenants deposits are held under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
